Agree milestones, acceptance criteria, review cadence, documentation and commercial terms.
Build, validate and hand over
Review evidence at each checkpoint and deliver the agreed files, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Agree the handover at the start.
The statement of work defines design files or source code, test evidence, documentation, reviews and knowledge transfer. IP rights, confidentiality and support are agreed in the contract.

Before we scope.
Can BSW take over part of an existing product?
We can scope a workstream around an existing system. Documentation, interfaces, dependencies and engineering risks are reviewed before commitments are made.
Can we start under an NDA?
Yes. Keep the first enquiry high level; confidentiality arrangements can be established before sharing sensitive designs or source code.
Does this include manufacturing or certification?
Manufacturing support, testing and product-specific compliance work must be included in the scope. Certification or production readiness is not implied by a development engagement.
