BSW TECH is a software and hardware engineering company founded in 2021 in Chișinău, Moldova. We support European companies with nearshore engineering capacity and product development across electronics, embedded software, automotive and IoT.
For an engineering leader, nearshoring means working with a nearby external team while retaining regular access to the people doing the work. Moldova’s UTC+2 / UTC+3 time zone supports shared working hours with teams across Europe. Our primary collaboration language is English.

Outstaffing & team extension
Engineers join your existing team and workflows. Your technical leads set priorities and retain day-to-day direction; BSW contributes the agreed engineering skills.

From the circuit to the cloud.
Hardware & embedded systems
Schematic design, PCB layout, BOM optimisation, prototyping, validation, C/C++ firmware, board support packages, drivers and real-time systems using platforms such as Zephyr and FreeRTOS.
Automotive engineering
AUTOSAR platform integration, flash bootloaders, diagnostics and CAN / LIN experience, including contributions to European automotive programmes through engineering partners.
Connected software
Web and mobile applications, backend systems, IoT connectivity and cloud services that connect devices to the people using them.

Can BSW TECH extend an existing engineering team?
Yes. Our outstaffing model is designed for engineers to work alongside an in-house team using agreed tools, priorities and technical responsibilities.
Do you work with companies in Germany, Sweden, Estonia and France?
We collaborate with European engineering teams from Moldova. Our experience includes projects with partners in Germany and Sweden, and we welcome product-development enquiries from Estonia, France and elsewhere in Europe.
Can collaboration begin under an NDA?
Yes. Confidentiality arrangements can be put in place before discussing sensitive product details.
How are pricing and delivery dates set?
After reviewing the required skills, available capacity, technical scope and delivery responsibilities. We agree the engagement model and commercial terms for each collaboration.
