Circuit and PCB design
Schematic design, PCB layout, component selection and BOM optimisation. Engineering tools include Altium, SPICE and CAD.
Prototypes and integration
Prototype development and testing, with coordination across the PCB assembly, enclosure and device interfaces. Firmware and connected applications can form part of the agreed workstream.
Design files and validation
Agree design files, BOM, test evidence and documentation before development. Manufacturing support and product-specific compliance work must be explicitly included in the scope.
Scope and handover
Discuss operating conditions, power, sensing, connectivity, mechanical constraints and interfaces. A BSW engineering contribution to a client-owned product does not imply ownership of that product or its wider service.
